How Bulk Ordering Works
01. Tell Us Your Requirement
Share the ribbon size, colour, printing style, approximate quantity and intended use.
02. Send Your Logo or Text
You can provide your brand name, logo, Instagram handle, message or other artwork.
For logos, high-resolution JPG or PDF files are preferred. Final print quality remains subject to printer and ribbon limitations.
03. Artwork Review
Don't have a ready design? That's okay.
If you only have text or a basic idea, our team can help prepare a simple print layout before production.
If your logo contains very fine details, we may recommend minor adjustments so it reproduces clearly on ribbon while maintaining the identity of your brand.
04. Approve the Layout
The artwork is reviewed before production so you can confirm the text and design.
05. Production & Shipping
Once approved, your ribbons move into production and are prepared for shipping across India.

We offer multiple length and pack options depending on the product, including smaller metre-based quantities as well as full rolls and multiple-roll orders.
For larger business requirements, recurring requirements or event quantities, contact our team with the approximate quantity you need and we'll guide you to the most suitable option.
Important Information
Can I print my logo?
Yes. You can provide your logo while placing the order. High-resolution JPG or PDF artwork is recommended.
What if my logo is very detailed?
Extremely fine details may not reproduce clearly on ribbon. If required, we can suggest small modifications for better print output.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Orders can only be cancelled before artwork approval and production begins. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible because every order is custom made.
Do you accept returns?
Because customized ribbons are made specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. Our 10-metre starter pack is a good option for checking ribbon colour and print quality before ordering larger quantities.
