Production and Shipping

Every product is customised according to the details submitted with the order.

Standard production time is approximately 2–4 business days.
Bulk and highly customised orders may require additional time.
Shipping time begins after the order has been produced.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Shipping charges may apply separately.

Returns and Replacements

Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

A replacement may be considered only when:

The product arrives damaged
The received item is different from the confirmed order
A printing error was made by our team

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product photographs and an unboxing video.

Spelling mistakes, incorrect details or low-quality artwork submitted by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

Can you help if I don't have a design?

Absolutely.If you only have text or a simple idea, we'll create a print layout for you before production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes.

Our minimum order starts from 10 metres.

Can I print my logo?

Yes.

You can upload your logo while placing the order. High resolution JPG and PDF. The image is subjected to printer limitations.

What if my logo is too detailed?

Very fine details may not reproduce well on ribbon.

If needed, we'll suggest small modifications to improve print quality while preserving your brand identity

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before artwork approval and production.

Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible because every order is custom made.

Do you accept returns?

Since every ribbon is customized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes.

Are these ribbons suitable for product packaging?

Yes. They are suitable for gift boxes, bakery packaging, boutique products, corporate gifting, wedding favours and festive hampers.
